Our Team Is Growing: Three New Faces at CellOrtho Marbella

We are pleased to share that the CellOrtho team in Marbella is growing. Three new colleagues have joined Dr. Arvin Yarollahi at the clinic, each bringing a different set of skills to the way we assess and care for patients.

Our approach has not changed. Every orthobiologic treatment is still performed under the direct medical supervision of Dr. Arvin Yarollahi, specialist in orthopaedics, sports medicine and regenerative medicine. What has changed is the depth of the team around him.

Dr. Julio Ortega, Intensive Care and Aesthetic Medicine

Dr. Julio Ortega graduated in Medicine from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 2001 and moved to Spain in 2008. He completed his specialist training in Intensive Care Medicine in 2015, motivated by a desire to care for patients in critical and life-threatening situations. He later completed a Master's in Aesthetic and Anti-Ageing Medicine and has practised as an aesthetic doctor since 2020.

That combination of critical care discipline and aesthetic medicine experience is unusual, and it is exactly the kind of clinical judgement we want in the room. Dr. Ortega speaks English and Spanish.

Dr. Miguel Perceval, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Facial Aesthetic Medicine

Dr. Miguel Perceval graduated in Medicine from the University of Santander, Spain, in 2014. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at University Hospital Virgen de las Nieves in Granada in 2020 and worked there for a year as a Consultant. Since 2021 he has practised as a facial feminisation surgeon at Facialteam, Marbella (HC Hospital).

He also holds a Master's in Health Administration from the National School of Public Health in Madrid and a Master's in Facial Aesthetic Medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid. At CellOrtho he supports the team with specialist expertise in facial aesthetic and maxillofacial care, which sits naturally alongside our PRP facial work. Dr. Perceval speaks English and Spanish.

Estelle Sjöberg, Registered Nurse

Estelle has been a registered nurse since 2012, with experience across primary care, emergency care and inpatient care. She has a particular interest in sports medicine and rehabilitation, preventive health, and evidence-based recovery and performance optimisation.

Estelle believes strongly in patient-centred care, empathetic communication and keeping patients well-informed and involved throughout their assessment and treatment. She speaks Swedish, English and Spanish, which matters a great deal for the international patients who travel to us on the Costa del Sol.

What this means for patients

A larger team means more consultation availability, better continuity of care between your assessment, your treatment and your follow-up, and broader in-house expertise when a case needs more than one perspective.
